I'd not call it a major blow, more a wake-up call regarding not having agreements with other democratic parties when the undemocratic ones are prepared to work together to overturn the public's decision.

I see James Cleverley has accused the LibDems of doing a “dirty deal” with PC and the Greens, which is a quite ridiculous comment. And indicates a party sadly fast losing touch with reality.
