I my day (the days before pills of contraception, benefits, food banks and free meals)we didn't go in for children before we had a roof over our heads and could also afford to keep them.
Now we hear of parents unable to feed their children while they are on holiday and therefore not available for free meals.
What must be addressed is why they continue to have children when they can't house them or even feed them?
And of course Mass Immigration is never highlighted as a reason for lack of housing, is it?

spath, so your saying britain has the best free benefits, so they would rather come here, then any other eu country, do you not think it's unfair as the tax payer is picking up the tab, and more come for the same reason...endless pots of cash, the indigenous dont suffer

how many people have illegally crossed the channel this year, how many fly in and never leave, how many eu citizens have arrived this year..who are homeless jobless etc, let alone criminals, that a thread all on its own, year after year, all want housing fed and watered

If the UK authorities become aware of a child, who has an illegal parent, they don't then just make the parent legal and start feeding them with money and continuing to support the child.
Illegal immigrants may be charged for any nhs treatments. They may also be arrested and deported.
The general consensus from UK nationals on what illegal immigrants get when they arrive here is massively wrong.
