I don't make excuses for anyone who commits these hideous crimes, English, foreigners, black or white.
But we can not afford to import such monsters, since it seems there has been such a large increase in such crimes since we were lumbered with being a multi national, multicultural country.

I think the point being put forward is that these sorts of crimes seem to be more prevalent from certain cultures/nations, and so the acts reflect on them. I've no idea if that is just the impression or reality, but it's worth investigating. Maybe profiling based on culture is not as bad as made out, even if unfair to individuals.
