Not for all Muslims. Not all Muslims follow the rules to the letter. It's like some vegans eat meat when they're drunk, or eat cheese secretly.

Not every Muslim is devoted.

Yes, it was, but it seems to be generally accepted that the question has arisen from last Friday's events in London.

It's perfectly possible that naomi does know more about the religion... I have never even read the Koran myself. But that does not necessarily translate into understanding human behaviour.
There seems to be a conflation sometimes on these kinds of threads, between muslims, lapsed muslims, extremists, terrorists, so it is helpful to know which is being referred to.

Ichkeria, you have, but i honestly don't think Islamic terrorists specifically can be rehabilitated. And its not just about the recent killings...

I think it is very unlikely, emmie, that they can too. It would take so many intense years, to even have a chance, that it's hard to believe it would ever happen, and certainly not just by being kept in a prison for a while.

"Anything" is possible, but I'm not keen on taking the chance. I guess it depends on circumstances for the individual; but I'd rather they were kept away from normal society.
