Just heard on the news on my radio that BJ thinks we may have a hung Parliament - NO!!!! I may have to rethink my views and vote now. Can't stand the thought of Corbyn being anywhere near the helm. Is it fast becoming a disaster now ??

There won't be a hung parliament - too many Dumb Dinosaurs are enraptured with Boris's ethnic cleansing ideas. You can look forward to Little England sinking without trace in vicious civil war. Remember Kosovo when those awful EUropeans defeated such a xenophobic policy - after Brexit we'll have no interference from them so bring on the racist vigilantes - armed of course under the Fifth Amendment which US-born Boris will also implement.
I think a very narrow Tory majority - again at the mercy of (their own) Remoaner faction as far as Brexit goes. No point in staying up to watch the results come in as it all hangs on a couple of dozen seats & they may declare quite late.
Does anyone know what he's^ talking about?
That^ wasn't to you dave, it was to Canary.

No.
canary wants the Jezza and the storm troopers in, that's all.
" a Tory win. They are 1/33!"

I don't think so - William Hill have 2/5 Tory majority, 2/1 hung parliament.

Tora,
No bet. This is just for fun.
so you don't really believe in your prediction then?

The latest YouGov poll of poll has: Estimated (Max-Min)

Con - 339 (367-311)
Lab - 231 (256-206)
LD - 15 (22-11)
Brexit - 0 (1-0)
Green - 1 (1-1)
SNP - 41 (55-24)
PC - 4 (5-2)
Other - 1 (2-1)

Doesn't show estimates for N Ireland
Tora,

In 2017 the Conservatives had a majority of 17, and I predicted a small increase to 25. - I was wrong.

Tora predicted a large majority of 85. Tora was very wrong.

Again, I am predicting the Conservatives will increase from 298 seats to 317. Just short of a majority (326).

davebro, the Tories are 1/33 to get the most seats - i.e, win the election. They are 2/5 to win with a majority. A horse could be 1/10 to win but you could get a better price for naming how many lengths it would win by. A totally different bet altogether.
"Tora predicted a large majority of 85. Tora was very wrong. " - think it was 70, anyway this time I have only predicted a Tory majority however small that may be. I am prepared to back that with my own money.
Not for me being a Loyal Labour All my life.
Hopefully the smug Tory blue-rinse brigade won't bother going out to vote for fear that the weather ruins their hairdo.
yes diddly you keep hoping!
Ken - If getting the most seats doesn't enable you to form a government then I don't call that "winning"!
diddly, when you say things like that what's left of your credibility plummets even further.
davebro, you may not call that winning, but the bookies do and the odds of the Conservatives 'winning' the election are 1/33.
