Sadiq Khan has always been an outspoken critic of Corbyn.
However, ultimately he was giving him the benefit of the doubt as he is a member of the party.
What would you have him do: call for him to stay on?

Khan, in solidarity with his leader at the time, showed what a sycophantic creep he was by jointly snubbing his monarch's state banquet.No doubt hoping for Brownie points. Agreed with Corbyn comments. Useless, but for Khan to belittle him, he should talk. If it wasn't for Corbyn he wouldn't be Mayor.

How do you work that out? Khan and Corbyn might both be of the Labour Party but they really have very little in common politically.
