I wouldn't go around wishing death on people blithely but I do feel that he has flouted more laws than anyone should be able to even consider. The full force of the law should be brought to bear upon him and spending time in some kind of stereotypically barbaric prison (think "Midnight Express") just about fits the bill.

Why can't they get a deserted island, ring it with sharks and shove ALL the paedophiles, rapists, et al, on it. Miles from anywhere out in the middle of nowhere - just drop them in by parachute and let them get on with it and abuse each other. That way the rest of us would get peace and we wouldn't have it on our conscience that we had killed someone ie the death penalty.

It's good to see that the little reported work of the international children's charities in alliance with the Governments of Vietnam, Thailand and others, is starting to have an impact on European sex tourism.

Yesterday i heard he'd 'raped' a 12 year old, today i read that a 12 year old 'had sex with him'..they're quite different. Does anyone know what really happened? Maybe we should wait and see instead of relying on our dodgy media..?

jgs, these children are routinely drugged and/or threatened with torture if they do not go through with having sex with these people, so it is unlikely to be 'consensual' sex (not that a 12 year old is deemed to be capable of consenting to sex under either UK or Thai law).

And whilst we're at it, lets form a massive vigilante mob and burn down a few suspected paedo's houses. I saw a bloke looking a bit suspicious the other day so lets castrate him just be sure. Better safe than sorry I say. After that we'll set fire to a few of Britain's prisons and save time and money that we're wasting on scum. LOL, fair enough supernick but if they are convicted through dna evidence how about we chop their coc*s off and then put them into a prison AFTER having let the current inmates know what the bloke is in for ??? sounds fair to me :-)

One of my labradors was the randiest thing on four legs I've ever seen - he would hump anything, peoples legs, cushions, the arm of the sofa, the rear wheel of my push bike, and on one very memorable occasion a prospective local Labour councillor (we obviously let him finish that one!).

When there was a local bitch on heat, he used to go absolutely bananas and was virtually uncontrollable.

As a result, we had him castrated, and he's now wonderfully well behaved and hasn't humped anything or anybody since.

So, why not castrate sex offenders? If their guilt is without doubt, and with DNA checks nowadays doubt is often not an issue, surely whipping their balls off will solve any future worries as to whether they will re-offend: take away the desire and you've taken away the temptation to act on those desires.

Its obvious, isn't it?

And if anybody bleats about the human rights of these people, I think I'm going to scream..................

I'd be willing to bet that castrating peope would make them significantly less violent as well - lets rope in the murderers, anyone convicted of assault, and robbers as well. We live in a civilised country! I can't believe that people would genuinely advocte brutalising people as a solution to a problem. What's that teaching anyone? What's that teaching our kids? Lock up people who are convicted of paedophilia related crimes to keep people safe, council them and try and change their mindset in prison, and monitor them on their release to maximise safety. AND convict people based on evidence and not a the say so of a bunch of Sun/Mail reading, pitchfork wielding lynch mobs.

I obviuosly abhor these crimes, detest those involved and want them punished, but we need a little perspective.

Supernick in the nicest possible way ... what are you on about?! People who want to have sex with kids are sick and deserve everything they get IMO .... I don't think we are teaching children anything wrong other than we love them and will look after them and protect them from sick freaks who want to rape them, abuse them mentally and physically and who shouldn't have been born .... I obviously only mean this if it has been proved that the person in question is a paedo, pref by DNA but other than that by computer images, confession, basically beyond all resonable doubt - is that the right phrase lawyer people?! - in that case they should be given the death penalty. The kid/s they have assulted will NEVER be the same, they have had their childhood and innocence taken away from them through no choice of they have made ....
