Why Do You Think That The Duchess Of Sussex Is Treated Differently To The Duchess Of Cambridge For Exactly The Same Behaviour?
When it’s laid out like this, it seems pretty shocking.
What do you think the reasons are?

"that is the not- to- be- missed opportunity to take offence by proxy." I'm not sure that noting a obvious bias in reporting is taking offence on someones behalf. Just because I notice the sky is blue doesn't mean that I'm suddenly taking offence. An observation is exactly that and only that, Naomi. I think you need a sit down, you can't understand the point...

TD, //Why is kate following royal code whilst "meghan's flowers" is putting Charlottes life at risk?//
Apparently the flowers are toxic if ingested - but you, as a gardener, would know that. Again SP’s sources restrict their reporting to sensationalist headlines and neither you nor he can be bothered to investigate further before jumping on that ever-rolling bandwagon that is the not-to-be-missed opportunity to take offence by proxy.
The full article states:
//Other brides have also used these flowers including Kate Middleton, Princess Eugenie and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.//

sp to TD, //Yeah - that one is a real head-scratcher.//
See above.
This is becoming boring.

I strongly doubt you’re finding it boring to be honest.
If you were, you’d ignore the thread!
But looking at the story - the headline is sensationalist...you’re right about that. But where were the headlines when the Duchess of Cambridge got married? I she also included these flowers in her bouquet, weren’t her flower girls in danger?
Also - during the day, was there any real danger of the flower girls chowing down on the flowers?

So, why would they not report on this when Kate Middleton has the same flowers on the heads of her young bridesmaids?
How they reported Meghans flowers were like she chose them and forced them onto the heads of the bridesmaids. This is not true. It is royal protocol.
So why is Kate following protocal whilst Meghan's flowers (like she decided?) are killing Charlotte?
You can't see a bias when it's literally smacking you in the face Naomi and you' have the audacity to get bored? I'm bored of your obtuseness.

Haha. They even designated themselves as "special" and in need of protection like some sort of threatened species. Deluded doesn't cover it.
""Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were forced to remove a line from their new website claiming they are "internationally protected people" entitled to personal security whenever they want.""
Pass the sick bag Alice.

Here’s the thing as I see it - looking at the way stories about the Duchess of Sussex are written compared to the Duchess of Cambridge, it seems that in every area, she’s being arrogant, breaking royal protocol, being uncaring, or prolifigate.
Taken as a whole, you simply cannot believe that someone can be so completely wrong all the time.
It doesn’t make sense.
In the same way that the Duchess of Cambridge can not possibly get it 100% right all the time.
The papers have got them dressed up as Maleficent and Princess Aurora!

TD, //you can't understand the point anyone is making it seems.//
Sadly for you I understand the point you and sp are making - completely.
Sp, //But where were the headlines when the Duchess of Cambridge got married? I she also included these flowers in her bouquet, weren’t her flower girls in danger?//
Here’s one about Kate’s flowers - granted after she got married - but headlines nonetheless.

Oh no, sp. Boring or not I’m happy to put the record straight - especially when it’s presented so deliberately wonkily.

"The deadly truth behind most royal wedding bouquets"
Is still quite a different headline to the implication that Meghan's flowers were putting Charlotte's life at risk when they weren't really Meghan's flowers, it was royal protocol for Charlotte to have them on her head. The papers were tying to imply they were Meghan's choice and that she forced them on Charlotte's head. They were Charlotte's own flowers.

Of course they were Meghan's choice - just as they were Kate's choice - and Camilla's choice - and as a matter of fact my choice. The bride gets to choose the flowers. It's just one of the perks of being a bride. Stop scraping the barrel.
