Can I just say, for all the toing and froing on this thread, I've yet to see anybody say they shouldn't be deported, just to make sure that they're being correctly done so. Where is the problem with confirming that the correct punishment is being doled out to the correct people?

If they all fulfil the criteria for deportation then I have no objection - if there are any anomalies then that person or persons case should be looked at again before putting them on a flight out.

From what I know of this case (just based on what I saw above) I hope 49 get deported and maybe 50 if the case is reviewed and deportation considered appropriate
