That's if they are not working at all while furloughed. Those I know seem quite happy to get 80% with no travel costs, work to plan, hassle
£10000 does seem high although of course it's for their team- most have assistants/researchers , will need extra phones/laptops/printers; maybe a desk. I'd have thought £1000 would be enough though. Most I know forced to work from home have had to buy own chairs, pay phone bills, use home broadband, own printer cartridges etc
