The US authorities have now officially requested Prince Andrew talk to them about his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein. Quite right too. But why the heck haven’t they brought Ghislaine Maxwell in for questioning, at the very least, yet? They managed to track down Bin Laden at his lair years ago, so surely they can locate Maxwell wherever she is lying low. Maxwell knows too much and they're scared she'll involve others from ex-Pesidents downwards.
Personally as the US justice system is happy to allow driving killers not to be extradicted I'd tell them to whistle.
