Yes we can visit but how can you socially distance from a toddler?
//NJ, you may have "forgotten" the time element but it has been continually mentioned in the social distancing discussions.//
I haven't forgotten it at all, woofy. I don't hear too many other people who swear at me when I pass them in the supermarket aisle of who swerve away from me in the street taking heed of it, though. This entire fiasco has been riddled with information which has been wrongly interpreted and wrongly applied. Worse than that, the government (who did a lot of the mis-interpretation) has done nothing to correct people's misunderstandings. It is that which has made the last three months such a shambles. And that's leaving aside the argument about whether a lockdown at all was the correct approach.

This is a good example of holes being picked unnecessarily. Think it through. You don't have to got the pub with 20 strangers if you don't want to and if you do go you'll be expected to keep 1 metre apart and certainly not cuddle the strangers. You can cuddle your granddaughter if you want to take the risk to her and yourself- you won't be questioned by the police.
