For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.My last two dogs have been ok with bangs and fireworks. We live in the middle of a shooting area. However two other dogs of ours have been terrified. My son's dog is a nervous wreck in storms, shooting, fire works etc. Non of our dogs have been wimpish dogs whatever that might mean. It's not just pets that fire works disturb though. I can see so reason for fireworks other than at organised displays.
Please don't be down heartened by the response. Its intended to make people think its not worth any more effort. They make a similar repsonse every year and every year we ignore it and push on. Each year the petition gets more signatures faster. I notice too that on here each year more people agree that firework use is out of hand.
