Devizes Tory MP Danny Kruger (Prue Leith's son) told his constituents (in a FB message) on 7 Sep they "MUST wear a face covering" unless exempt. Then, a couple of weeks later, he was photographed not wearing one while travelling to Paddington. He said he "forgot" but "had the person reminded me instead of taking a photo and posting it on social media, i would have put on my mask." A one-off occurrence? Maybe. However, on his own website, he said he "detests the rule of six, the compulsory face masks, the Covid Marshalls and the snooping on your neighbours."
Maybe it will be accepted that wearing masks is futile:-

He’s not complaining about having to wear a mask, but about the person who took his picture.
And I sympathise. Only a few days ago people were queuing up to condemn snitching.
So there you have it: I’m sympathising with Sammy Wilson. There’s a first for everything.
Additionally I see Graham Brady, the Tories’ chief backbencher, has accused the government of acting by decree. Trouble looms I suspect.
