The POTUS is being transferred to a military hospital

Given that the Whitehouse has an excellent medical facility it is an interesting development that they need to have him transferred to said facility

he cant buck the election - I suspect the courts will / would say that it goes ahead regardless to stop anyone like trump fiddling with it in later years

that doesn't necessarily follow, retro. He's also top civilian and presumably has his pick of non-military hospitals as well. Doubtless there's a reason, but I'm not sure it's just because he's C-in-C.
