They Are Still At It.
Do you think the only way to stop this happening is to take these people a few at a time, around the Covid wards and the morgue so they can see for themselves? Perhaps that isn't feasible but, perhaps someone should record what is happening on the wards (obviously not showing their faces and getting permission from relatives) and show this to these silly people.

The sheer exhaustion and desperation in his voice made me sit up and take note. In fact I felt myself close to tears afterwards.
When I said I was a sceptic I mean that I have always believed that it DOES exist but that it is not as dire as media made it out to be. It is scary that ICU beds are running out fast and that is without all the non covid folk that need them (strokes, sepsis, road traffic accidents etc etc )

But most of them are daft kids and young adults. They've probably never had anything worse than a bad cold or a hangover. Not trying excuse them, but put yourself in the shoes of an 18-year-old, no bars and clubs, no bands or concerts, just warnings about this terrible illness that none of them or their friends have experienced.
