Not sure why the video has been posted.
It is a leading Democrat, Tulsi Gabbard saying that Biden should root out the alt right nutjobs who were behind the Capitol building riot.
Seems a good goal to me, but Biden might be too busy running the country. She argues that QAnon, nazis etc are a very real danger to the American way of life, just as much as the rioters.

Can’t see what miss Gabbard’s views have to do with real fascism.
