I would like to say that this is beyond belief but, unfortunately, it is a symptom of the hooliganism that pervades modern UK.

That may be due to my psychological make up or the changes to society in the past 30 years inthe name of free speech and progress.
I guess it maybe a combination of both.
RESPECT has diminished, for teachers, the police and particularly success........the British have great difficulty in acknowledging success and all that goes with it.
Average and the ordinary is acclaimed and first names have become the norm in all aspects of life.
All this leads to and fuels disrespect.

A little off the op, but I saw just a couple of clips this morning on the riots in Belfast, and yes once again there are political problems to be sorted, but in the two clips, all I saw was gangs of teenage kids in hoodies setting alight anything they possible could, and recording it on their phones, I don't believe they have any political motive, just any excuse to feed their insane minds.
