I wasn't confused at all Gulliver. Some may have been, but it's hardly suprising when you are totally obsessed with Johnson and now Cummings. You used to lump them together. Now apparently you are a fan of Cummings. Never mind. We just have to accept that you are what you are.

Gully is correct, Ms Simmonds & he FoC's started it originally which then led to DC going. What started all this revelations is that Boris/Carrie accused Cummings of being the Chatty Rat and leaking the Dyson texts, something Cummings vehemently denies. Cummings is now putting the record straight and some.

The exposure of Johnson as a liar (well everyone knew that anyway from his press days) as well as an incompetent bumbling buffoon has been on the cards for some time. As I have said before on here, and been shouted down by Tories who are blind to the problem - Johnson has to go before he completely wrecks my Party.

The true-blue Tories think they are safe because Labour are a bunch of idiots. They don't realise that there is a difference between labour gaining control and them simply losing their majority. It only takes the borrowed votes from the last election to revert and they're looking at a minority government; they need to be careful.
