Sadiq Khan, Labour, has won the election for Mayor of London for the second time.
At least he won't be spending Tax payers money on Buxom Blondes, as a previous Mayor did, when was elected twice.

for gods sake why does it bother you who is Mayor. I think that the re election of Khan was a huge mistake, but that's London for you, left wing in many boroughs yet with some of the best housing money can buy. Khan will be spending oodles of our money on trashing the place, installing more bloody cycle lanes, killing off areas that were viable before he got into power. Not tackling crime, homicides were up on his watch, or so i believe. He has a huge budget, lets hope that the government clip his wings, before he does too much more damage to London.

it does Baz, i really don't like Khan, didn't vote for him, and wouldn't want him as our Mayor, too much power to one who has no compunction in telling us he is the son of a busdriver, his lowly beginnings, how he was brought up on a council estate lalala.

Boris was elected twice you are right, he must have done one or two things right.

you have little or no interest what happens in England generally,

and yes it bothers me, he will kill this place with endless charges for motorists for one thing , i don't drive but have seen what the effect is having on London - i have had cause to go to hospital recently and the roads are so messed up with cycle lanes the emergency vehicles are having a major headache getting to the local hospitals because of ever increasing one way system.
