They could have changed the name of one of the many Nelson Mandela roads, bridges, buildings, parks boulevards etc and I'm sure Mandela wouldn't mind.

Norwich is just a normal every day place, i have been there many times, and can't say i noticed the colour make up of the county

At the last US census in 2019 White non-Hispanics accounted for 60.3% of total population, Black or African American's accounted for just 13.4%. Helps when there's a tad more context.
