Ellipsis. // The camaraderie leads to taking the knee to show support for every member of the team.//
Nothing like contradicting yourself. That’s the complete opposite of // If they didn't take the knee, would they have the collective mindset, team spirit, camaraderie, that's taken them to the final? Probably not.//
SP, Thank you for the confirming that rational discussion isn’t your intention.
The following is edited from something I posted elsewhere a little while ago.
Anything that determines acceptance or rejection on grounds of ethnicity is racist. Now major companies, having openly declared their intention to increase ‘diversity’ are making concerted efforts to award jobs using that as their criteria. That is racist.
Those who are shouting the loudest may be interested to see that poor white children are also being overlooked in favour of ethnic minorities - but they might not. That could be just a little bit too realistic for comfort.

You say you want equality, so tell me what benefits others enjoy that you don’t. Who do you want equality with, SP? The white people who are being side-lined for jobs - not because they aren’t good enough but because they don’t fit the racist criteria - or the poor children accused of enjoying ‘white privilege’ who are, for that reason, being neglected.
I welcome your response - when you have time.
