If you were given the task of rebranding/rehabilitating Prince Andrew, how would you go about it?

Barsel - unfortunately 'innocent until proven guilty' goes out of the window in the court of public opinion. What we're talking about is his reputation. That BBC interview was the Palance attempting to alter the narrative but it went very badly wrong.

But surely it's not a lost cause.

Beckham's name was mud after Euros 94 (I may have got the competition wrong), and he managed to overcome (plus the alleged infidelity).

I know there are others who've managed to turn public perception around...just can't think of them at the mo.

sp1814 I think it will be very hard for people to get this out of their minds even if he were to ever get the verdict of not guilty.
He was badly advised to do that interview and I think that in itself was enough to put people off him.

Yes Ken it was soft porn, but I do remember her being described as a porn star and this is when the Queen stopped the relationship with Andrew. It was from a film called Emily.

Mozz, not necessarily. The Queen was close to Fergie and her family, but of course that changed over time with the antics of Fergie and her father, However, she has been invited to Balmoral?? this year, and because she shares some interests with the Queen like horse riding, perhaps the Queen is warming to her, especially as Fergie seems to be giving support to the Queens son.
