What with the war in Ukraine, Brexit has not figured much in the news recently; knowing that Boris Johnson follows my posts on this site, mentioning blue passports and the Crown Mark on pub glasses – I’d like to add ‘killing our honey-bees using EU-banned neonicotinoid pesticides’.

So when Boris announces this additional Brexit benefit – you’ll know he read it here first.

In no particular order – the main Brexit benefits to date are:-
- Blue passports
- The Crown Mark on pub glasses (†)
- Mobile phone companies able to make roaming charges (when using your phone in mainland Europe)
- Killing our honey-bees with EU banned pesticides

† Buenchico has claimed that it would be perfectly legal for the UK to have placed the Crown Mark on pub glasses while members of the EU. You have to ask yourself, do you believe Boris Johnson (who has been sacked from his job three times for lying – so far), or Buenchico?

Khandero said //The country voted democratically to leave & has left, it is over, done, finito, fertig. If you don't like that them move to another county, but please put a sock in it & stop whining like a spoilt child.//

If I ceased posting on this topic, those having voted leave would be completely unaware of the Brexit benefits – or of the absolute disaster that Brexit is for the UK economy (and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future) – I anticipate posting on this subject for the rest of my natural life.

How very boring.
It must be a bit like having to live with an incurable illness Khandro. No help is available, just a bit of sympathy.

Almost as boring as "A night Poem from Khandro"
16.01 "It must be a bit like having to live with an incurable illness"...No help is available just a bit of sympathy. What's your excuse then Togo ?
gulliver //Almost as boring as "A night Poem from Khandro"//

If you find English 15th century poetry a little too challenging, you might be wise to keep that fact to yourself or people might get the impression that you are stupid.

One of the downsides is opening answerbank to see the same old idiots posting the same old repetitive drivel.

Wow - you're massively arrogant aren't you.

Still, if posting on a site with pretty small user numbers and where the views on Brexit are entrenched, makes you feel heroic, then fill your boots mate.

No all heroes wear capes.
hymie, can i just ask, why do you think this country should be ruled by foreigners?
21.25 The UK is being ruled by a foreigner at the moment. Born in the USA. ..pmsl

Deskdiary – it is abundantly clear from the postings on this site, that those who voted leave have no idea of the absolute disaster that Brexit is for the UK economy; I see myself as providing an educational service to them – and don’t forget, Boris is a follower of my posts.
Like I say - arrogant.

Brexit benefits; as TTT said second post on Saturday, it's mainly about SOVEREIGNTY, which is exactly what the heroic people of Ukraine are fighting for right now.

Many have, & many still would fight for Britain, but who would fight for the EU?
Khandro // but who would fight for the EU?/
Gulliver and Hymie.
// TTT – I am listing the benefits we gained through our sovereignty, as time goes by I will be adding to the list.//

agree Hyme - hi Hyme ! - we can look at blue passports, we can bury or burn the dead poisoned bees, we can pay roaming chrges

but we cant do anything with sovereignty - erm toast it perhaps?
yeah foo
TTT is an empty vessel - end of? no certainly not, we havent heard the end of THAT !
