The former attorney general becomes the latest to make it public that he has submitted a letter of no confidence in the Prime Minister.

He must surely be getting twitchy over the number that haven’t made it known publicly.
Educated guesstimates have it at over 40 in total thus far. It’s obvious that even his own party don’t believe the guff that was spouted last week and realise that he is now their biggest liar-bility.
Doesn’t history show that such matters usually escalate during a parliamentary recess?
I’ve a feeling the knives will be out shortly.

Shows how angry Bozo was at not being able to save his mate Owen Patterson. All he did was accept a brown envelope for asking a couple of questions in the House. And get caught. You have to admire Bozo's loyalty.

Fatti, That’ll be two slips of the finger then.

I’ve addressed the issues. I’ve suggested you keep counting.

Seems there’s more lefties in the Conservative party than Russian donors! Who knew?//
Only you, apparently.
what I can't understand is that surely if they want to win the next election, lefties like fatticus et al should want Boris to stay.
He was mentioned earlier, Corby.
Corby, That has already been posted at 13.37.
Apologies.
The Cons are Bracing themselves for the possibility of a vote of no confidence in Johnson as early as next week, (bring it on).

No need to apologise TheCorbyloon, it’s happening with such propensity it’s difficult to keep track.
Still amazed that the Johnson faithful on here had no idea that their party was infested with pinko subversives, not least Lord Hague.
Guess there’s none so blind as those that will not see I suppose?
can you have a stab at my point at 14:16.
Think Jeremy Hunt would be a good replacement .

You would have thought the Tory Boys and Girls would have wanted a vote of (no)confidence. Bozo is victorious and leads his party onto a couple more stunning election wins, his honour restored and the nation grateful for his wise counsel and integrity. Arise Lord Johnson of the Upper East Side.

Your point at 14.16? You mean you believe you have one? Lol
I’ve told you, I’m not a lefty, I’m a Tory back bencher.
I mean, I must be, look at how many concur with my view that Johnson needs to be removed post-haste?
Now I’ve answered yours, answer mine about the big calls and big tickets the government go right.
Should be easy enough, you seem positively assured, yes?
Brexit, COVID, UKraine. simples.
You are a Tory Back Bencher? You mean you are an actual MP or you just carry on like you think one would?
I think a fair proportion of those in Ulster would disagree the government got it right with Brexit.

All due to the intransigence of the EU.It is being looked at at the moment by the UK Government.
By intransigence, do you mean the EU is sticking to the agreement that Boris Johnson signed up to?

Lol, go back in the thread and look at all the links, then come back with something credible.
Or when you mention Covid, do you mean the record for illegal parties during lockdown?
No argument there, World Champion.
If he’s done such a good job, why do do many of his own MP’s disagree and why are so many people clamouring for his exit?
Bar you and Christine on here there aren’t many singing his praises, are there?
