Whenever there's a battle for becoming PM from either parties, the main tool in the box always seems to be Tax cuts.
Unless I've missed it, I've not heard anyone yet mention the awful state the NHS is in at the moment. More importantly the number of people that must be suffering because they can't get treatment anytime soon.
So my priority would be the NHS.

British politics is in the gutter, we have to see an end to cronyism, nepotism and must see transparency, honesty and accountability.
No more peerages given by PM’s etc, thst should be from an independent body.
I want to see the ministerial code restored, deemed sacrosanct and rigidly stringent, any deviation or flouting is instant dismissal, not resignation.
Got to start from day one and go from the ground up.

1) Halve the NHS budget and remove 20 layers of management, get it run by proper management.
2) abolish all the devolved talking shops
3) abolish all local authorities, replace with a management team to carry out the functions there of.
4) Half the commons and double their wages, abolish all not gov business expenses
5) Abolish the house of lords, replace with a 100 person elected alternative.
6) Quadruple the defence budget and get our forces where they should be.
7) Trawl the civil service for duplication of effort and slim down as far as possible.
8) Reduce the public sector to as small as possible.

And putting the NHS right would include, not having ambulances waiting outside A&E because there's no beds because people can't be moved into rehab or supported units because "efficiency cuts" closed them down and the staff that might support old and vulnerable people in their own homes have been cut?
