Everything is important and should be going on in parallel but if you want some sort of priority order, I'd suggest something like ...
1) The current and pending cost of living crisis and what it's going to take to deal with that (tax cuts come into it but they're not the only way, perhaps not even a good way. Trade policy and use of migrant labour also come into it, for example.)
2) NHS/adult care and education/childcare
3) Brexit, sorting out Northern Ireland and the state of the union generally
4) Defence, police and foreign policy
5) Transport, food and environment
