The BBC (Bless em) have un- earthed a video of Richi Sunak when he was a student at his £46,000 a year Boarding school Winchestr College..saying "Most of my friends are aristocrats I have friends who are upper class
I have friends who are working class ......well not really working class."
He wants to be the next PM.

09.24 My apologies FCI .. I did not realise the story had been covered yesterday.
Sunak vs the rest. He is the man to beat.
His opponents and their friends on the right wing press are going all out to smear him.

If the fees at the school were £46,000, then it is unlikely any of his chums were working class. He is obviously from a privileged background, but that didn’t stop Johnson and Cameron getting the top job.
Well Johnson comes from the working class. His dad could not afford Etom. He managed to get a Scholarship.
Eton !
How on earth can you imply that it was a child's fault that his parents sent him to a particular school?
Fees not so much different from Fettes College where Tony Blair was educated - £36000 for boarders or £30000 per term.

Lol, are there any circumstances under which you would not consider lying for Boris Johnson?

// Johnson comes from the working class. //

Of course he doesn’t.

His father is an Anglo-French author and former Conservative Party politician who served as Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for Wight and Hampshire East from 1979 to 1984. A former employee of the World Bank and the European Commission, he has written books on environmental and population issues.

well they couldn't afford Eton anyway.

Nor could 100% of the working class you claim he’s from.
he got a Scholarship to Eton.
Maybe he would like to use a certain Cold Chisel song whilst promoting himself.
You have no idea how difficult it is to get into Winchester
( founded William of Wykeham 1450 or thereabouts- you know the one who runs away with Lydia Bennet in Pride and Prej)

The entrance exam is tray tray diffeseel

and the next issue is finding that £46k

Sunak wasnt on 7-up was he ( 7 y o - I only want to play with the sons of rich men...)
Eton, they say is NOT difficult to get into
( largest comprehensive in London)
especially if you name has Prince somewhere in it
