Basically it is a 20 minute conspiracy theory blaming China, and blaming the Democrats for not blaming China.
No criticism of Trump who was actually in charge when Covid hit America.

I've never understood why people always want to go out of their way to come up with fanciful conspiracy theories rather than the simplest explanation that is usually correct. Occam's Razor, end of.

The lab release theory has been done to death a hundred times over. The video tries to blame the Democrats and Liberal media. Conveniently not mentioning Trump was in charge. Some of the ‘evidence’ is quite preposterous. Jeff Besos’ newspaper got advertising revenue from Chinese companies and Amazon prospered in the pandemic, so he must be involved in the greatest crime in history.

Nutty nasty stuff. Over 6 million have died, and Carlson is trying to blame the Democrats who weren’t even in power.

Worrying that a man who lives in Germany is eking out the nonsense on the internet, and believing every word.
