The Top Five From The Tory Members Poll

OK, it's only a poll but would show a trend.

So, in the top five we have:
Penny Mordaunt, 19.6%
Kemi Badenoch, 18.68
Rishi Sunak, 12.11
Suella Braverman, 11.05
Liz Truss,10.93.

Well, my favourites out of those would be Suella and Kemi, both proper Conservatives IMHO. Penny would have been great but for the fact, like Sir Kier, she doesnt know what a woman is so its a big red flag for me that one. Rishi was a favourite of mine but with those taxes I'm not in agreement with his direction.

Who conducted the poll. Do you have a link?

The poll itself varies widely from two or three others I’ve seen.
One had Truss second, another had Tugendhat third, another had Sunak as top with almost double whoever was second, which escapes me atm.
The first round will give a much clearer indication because at the end of the day it’s not down to the members it’s the parliamentary party.
If MP’s actually listened to their constituents Johnson would have been gone months ago.

I am starting to warm to Tugendhat though so It wouldn't be a disaster if he got in. When the final 2 are announced I'll let everyone know my choice.

We know. What you’re saying is that regardless of what Johnson has done he’ll always be peerless in your eyes and can do no wrong.
You consider lying to hide the actions of a sexual predator then lying about the lies as trivial.
You’re obviously devastated that his tenure is over, we get that but you don’t have to keep defending the indefensible, he’s over, he’s done, stop spitting your dummy and get used to it.
