Maggie, maybe not energy prices, but a donation to a homeless person will not be a persons priority in this time of austerity, so everyone will be worse off .!!

The food banks are suffering already, I heard. I always put in what I can, but found myself cutting back a bit on items. There will be a knock on effect everywhere, unfortunately.
