As I read it from a BBC article the bridge hasn't prevented all traffic getting across and the Russians are looking to repair. Suggests to me the destruction wasn't sufficient and it might need a missile if Ukraine wants the job done properly.

From the first day of the so- called special military operation there was only one intention by Putin, and it continues to this very day, to bomb and shell civilians, murder and slaughter on a grand scale.
The first few days of the invasion excuses were made by Russian for the deaths of civilians, claims, excuses of there being military bunkers nearby or the like of.
The worrying aspect now is that we seem to be accepting these deaths day after day with Russia no longer feeling the need to continue with such excuses.
They is however one thing very apparent, Putin and his gang of animals are no more than cowards in the face of a fighting army. This is how bullies operate, bully the weak and run from the strong.

I expect that Putin is secretly pleased that his bridge was damaged. It gives him an excuse to do all sorts of evil things in return and it allows him to get his mate, who built the bridge in the first place with suspiciously high costs, to repair the bridge again, at suspiciously high cost.

I am however puzzled to why Putin has put this down to terrorist action by who knows who, when for many months now has taken every opportunity to name Ukraine has being the culprit? Why not in this case?

What is not clear to me is that the exploding of the truck (if it was) seems to have taken place exactly at the precise moment it was lined up with the fuel-filled train above, this cannot be a coincidence, so if this is what happened, it must have been detonated by someone with 'eyes on' possibly by drone, - any other ideas?

Well first thoughts would be train times? but this would need many pairs of eyes to make sure the train was running on time as it progressed, it would be a bit hit and miss.

The truck wasn’t the cause of the bomb. I’d bet a lot of money on that

A more likely explanation that I’ve not heard is that the drone bombed the bridge and they waited until the train passed. Maybe that is that you meant Khandro.
However as I said before the road damage looks like it was caused by a force from before lifting it and dropping it back in place
