Not known whether the fuel train was involved by chance or design. When you look at the scorched column and the road off its supports with no visible damage to the surface it makes sense. Shrapnel likely ignited the fuel train.
The fuel train caught fire aftet the explosion: that is evdident from the pictures. It was probably a happy coincidence.
Want to know how bad that bridge has been damaged?
Today's grisly scenes will tell you.
We should not forget though that Russia has been doing this sort of thing for months. It's just that this is more symbolic: location and tagets within that: the pedestrian bridge across one branch ofr the Dnipro, Schevchenko Park. a beautful green space with cafes outside the Schevchenko University, which is an iconic red building, and one of Kyiv's most famous landmarks. The park now just a crater.
If only 10 have died in total in 50-odd missile strikes across the country, then that is pretty miraculous. Forty plus have been killed in terrorist strikes in Zaporizhzhya alone the last few days.

ichi; //Massive explosions in Rostov//
I don't see any reports of attacks on Russia, where does that come from?
OSINT sources - exactly which I don't know.
I said "explosions" not attacks, specifically in Rostov. The other places, also "reports". Ukraine hits targers in Russia quite often but plainly they don't talk about it, and Russia doesn't mention it either as it's embarrassing ,
