I actually seriously doubt that,
You can see what sort of country Russia is: a militarist, corrupt, terrorist frankly barbarian state. There troops behave like pigs - thieving dirty ones - although that in the scheme of things is relatively minor. So the civilised world can it afford to let it be it we are all only stirring up more trouble for ourselves.
As for the nuclear part the west knows exactly where there warheads are and none are remotely close to deployment.
Are there most also be a question of to what extent they’ve been maintained: you need large amounts of tritium to keep them fully operational and given the *** show that is the rest of their military…

Why not hit military targets they might actually advance their “war efforts”?
