She gave up non-dom tax status earlier this year. To answer your question though, she was doing nothing illegal and that would be no different if her spouse is the PM. However it would be politically damaging.

It's not correct. The non-dom status no longer applies as she is now paying full tax on her earnings deemed to be in the UK and tax within other juristictions like India. Sunak's wife is not a non-dom. Predictably cheap jibe and just plain wrong.
