My guess would be it is not deliberate, as these missile do not necessarily have "pinpoint" accuracy" but a 20 mile "out", even if debris by an anti-aircraft missile, is quite some distance.
There is footage purporting to show the actual direct hit.
The Poles, as previosuly observed, will do a meticulous investigation before coming to any final conclusion. All these things are tracked, so it should be possible to say finally even where it was fired from.

Later reports suggest this was a Ukrainain air defence missile (not of course fired for fun), which will be a huge delight to vatniks everywhere and to the crazed conspiracy theory touted by Lukashenka and others that Ukraine and Poland are about to go to war over Western Ukraine :-)

Then such a missile, as is controlled by advanced guidance systems, is unlikely to have gone off course by such considerable distance.

I am pretty sure that if it turns out to be a Ukrainian air defence missile then Ukraine will not deny it!
We all know why Ukraine sends these up.
As previously commented, air defence attacks can be deadly.
