Thousands of coach and car passengers endured a miserable Wait .
Many of them all through the night for their much awaited Easter Holiday
Stormy weather and the French were blamed by the UK Government .
But the Brits were just getting a taste of what they signed up for with Brexit When voted to become "Third Country Nationals" in the eyes of the EU... And it can only get worse....You are no longer in the EU so you have to join the non EU queues at ports and airports You voted for it . Enjoy.

As I have said before, things are going to get much, much worse with Brexit continuing to wreck havoc on the UK.

The biggest critical juncture in Britains recent political, economic and diplomatic history was David Cameron's promise, made public in Jan 2013 to hold an in/out referendum on the UK's membership of the EU, if the Conservatives were returned to power at the next GE.
And now ten years on just look at the damage that promise of Camerons has done to Britain.
No wonder he keeps his blue wooly head down

//does anyone here belong to an organisation that actively campaigns to re-join//

That'll be a 'no' then.
Probably. But do you accept that people have the right to voice their opinions?
I do indeed, zacs. Beats me what they think seven years of whinging will achieve or has achieved though.
Personal satisfaction at being proven right about it being a cluster f… would be my guess.
Gully - so you blame the leader of a democratic country for the results of a referendum. It was the people who chose to leave, not Cameron; that's democracy in action.
'Personal' satisfaction perhaps. Others disagree.
That is their right, of course. I hope at least you can now see why voicing an opinion about the implications of Brexit doesn’t mean you have to be a member of a rejoin group.
bhg, I think Gulliver blames Cameron for giving the electorate the chance to vote even though it was the right thing to do.
zacs, I didn't say anyone 'has' to be a member. I just wondered if anyone feels strongly enough to actually try to do something about it - and it seems no one does.
But it wouldn’t be ‘doing something about it’ as we’ll never do that.
I said 'try'.
Maybe they have the sense to know that the effort would be futile.
:o)
If they couldn't even be bothered to get off their backsides and go to vote for remain they are hardly likely to spend time & effort campaigning to rejoin.

Cameron gave the UK the chance to vote on the one thing that you all wanted ,and you thought Brexit was the chance to end it all ...But it hasn't
And that was........
....IMMIGRATION,,,, be it From the EU or anywhere in the world . They were coming over in the back of lorries , Channel tunnel and by the boatload .Problem is they still are.
come off it gulliver... we know you cant really be as daft as your pretending on this...can you?
People who were entitled to come here - all 447 million of them - didn't need to come in the backs of lorries and on flimsy boats. Only illegals do that.
gulliver, got you sussed... your a Brexiteer maskerading as a Remainer in a way that makes some Remainers look like sore losers with no grasp of reality. A real Remainer like Hymie makes a few sensible points inbetween some nonesence and at least Hymie has links to official data

10 31 But the Brexiteers didn't even want 447 million members of the EU who were entitled to be here ...
....*To be here* And now they can't eat lettuce, catch a bus,or be waved through a customs barrier etc etc
