I bet he does, misses the control and wealth no doubt. But we had the sense to escape their clutches, and only an idiot would consider returning, especially after their attitude since. Go ask for your referendum in, say, 4 or 5 decades time, when the success of freedom is plain to see and the EU has likely split up as it's member nations decide that they've also had quite enough of it.
