Some critics argue that the Welsh Assembly is no more that a "super" county council. Do you think this is true or is Wales finally become truly independent like Scotland?

Scotland isn't truly independent. Its MPs sit in the House of Commons, and its funds come fromt he rest of the UK. Wales will never generate enough money to fend for itself and it will always be a dependency.
