Who is Charlotte Owen ? Why did Boris Johnson make this 30 year old young lady the youngest peer in the house of Lords .She is now a Baroness. And why did Boris when he was London mayor give £126,000 of tax payers money to another attractive young lady .Jennifer Arcuri. What have these two young ladies done to deserve such rewards from Boris. ?

I see Lady Owen claims to have started her political career working for George Osborne but she only lasted a month ....wonder what happened there then?

A goverment source told the Times newspaper . No one who was working with Owen at the time can understand why she was on the list of nominations .
"It is completely mad" But after all Boris compiled the list so it probably is.

I remember a time when it was said the house of lords was too full of old farts to be relevant, and to have an idea of the real world. At least it helps being the average age down a bit.

Perhaps Boris is doing something similar and giving two fingers to parliament.
