£1,500 per person including staying at at a four-star hotel,full board and transport from boat to hotel. Bobbinwales @ 09.53 " If only one of the parties or posters here had an answer" Posters on here can not to do anything about this problem .Only one of the parties are in a position to do anything about it and that's the Tory party who are in power at the moment although you could be forgiven if you hadn't noticed.

I have been to Malta many times (almost second home). I have never had my fingerprints taken on arrival. When have you had yours taken? Considering Malta is one of the stop off place for illegal boat immigrants from North Africa why do you think that?

Anymore? when was there ever fingerprint checks, i've been travelling to Europe for over 40 years and never once had to give my fingerprint, so when?

I fink Douglas is pointing out there are no fingerprinting for entry to Europe YET. There are delays. So where do you get your special intel from the people smugglers that it is easier since they stopped fingerprinting. They haven't even started yet.PMSL

Sunak has been told by his own Party he now faces a "make or break" situation for his govt to end the small boats or lose the election. looks like he will lose the election then   That's if the Cons have not elected PM Number four before the GE...In that case the new pm will lose the election for The Cons .😶

Well, there's a first, gulliver.  If they don't resolve this issue they'll lose the election - and you've been telling us repeatedly that they'll lose regardless of what they do.  What changed your mind?
