Err, the Police were quite happy to arrest Dave Gilmour's son for climbing the Cenotaph, and went to prison.

So, the message is clear, legality with the incompetent Met is a moveable feast, especially if you ain't white.

It was illegal for the son of a prog rock guitarist to climb a monument, but apparently it's no longer illegal.
