I genuinly do not, and did not, remember the meanings behind your pointless abreviations.

However, thanks to Corby's clarification, I can see that my post was in error, and I would wish to unreservedly withdraw it and apologise for it.

That said, I entirely take issue with your position that the tragedy discussed was the result of 'right on' behaviour - as advised in other posts, short of a crystal ball, no-one could have forseen this dreadful scenario taking place.

Oh, and I don't need to 'grow a pair' thank you - my history shows that if I am in error, I have no problem at all in acknowledging it, and offering an apology.

Togo, I take it that your response at 13:45 hrs is aimed at me.  

This guy is a killer and should be removed from society to protect others.  I don't know his medical history, I don't know if the psychiatrist should have seen him being a danger to society.  

I do know that being mentally ill is not a crime. Being psychotic doesn't automatically make a person a danger to society.

I in no way excuse his actions, I am not an apologist.

I took the time to re-read your posts again, and in common with every other AB'er who has ever posted on any thread involving murder by a psychotic individual, I see no 'apology' in anything you said.

The guy was due in court last summer for assaulting a police officer - he never turned up & should have been arrested but he wasn't. He may not have got custodial sentence for that but....

Well, isn't that what you're saying in the OP Tora? He should've been "in the slammer for previous crimes" when he hadn't actually committed any?

 

Throw away the key now, but unless you have a time machine, or this is that weird Minority Report film, I don't think there's much else can be done.
