TINO have reform and LINO have WPOB to contend with. Looks like we are going to end up with a Hung parliament.

ymb has just written what I have been thinking.  An election has been won purely on the basis of the candidate being muslim and representing a muslim cause.  This shows the way in quite a few parliamentary seats where a candidate could be elected on the same basis.

Even if they form such a party they will struggle to be of any significant size. Before too long rational supporting voters for them will see their preferred party is less significant as the illiberal undemocratic party is after a referendum, and opt to play a part in mainstream political parties instead.

One would hope so O_G, but I can think of other places where the muslim population in a seat is in a large majority.

But so few of them. They are only going to draw votes from sympathetic Islamists, maybe Muslims generally, so unless it is a constituency with a majority Islamic community it isn't likely to keep control for long. Anywhere else where they get in due to splitting opposition voters will likely find they don't get away with that for long.

I really hope so.  I lived and worked in Bradford for most of my life and I've seen such dreadful changes.
