"Allah be with them" - (IMO) promotes man ( bad) and  deminishes God ( very bad) - how impious !

I would be rather surprised if this was sabotage by the authorities. A basket case like Iran relies on continuity and events like that shake the system to its core. They even end up asking the unholy EU for help. Not  something they're likely to do by choice. If sabotage more likely his  enemies in Iran of whom there must be many.

I'm more inclined to think it's a result of the fact that much of Iran's aircraft are death traps . Poor maintenance largely due to sanctions.

Sometimes helicopters just malfunction and come down.

They'll most likely be replaced by similar people.
