...red benches?

I think he was spitefully denied one at the end of his tenure as Speaker.

Do make up your mind.  Yes or nay?

I should have said:

No, but the snivelling little weasel deserves nowt.

stuck up little man with that orfull waaf of his, both of them thinking that they were more important than they were.

However, I'll concede on one thing - at least one Tory had a landslide.

Has he been elected to Parliament?  If not, how can anyone offer him a seat?

he's talking about a peerage Naomi. Traditionally ex speakers go to the lords but when you are a dishonest little snivelling douche bag they make an exception.

Red benches, Naomi ie, a peerage.

He's a bit busy doing reality TV, on the US version of (aptly) The Traitors.

Oh, thanks.  I missed that.  I hope that doesn't happen.  Horrible little man.

Yes he should be given a seat,on a ducking stool.

I don't think Nigel wants him to get one, after his little dig earlier!

I will be very disappointed if Bercow is not elevated before Friday.
And then Labour abolish the Care Home for the Terminally Bewildered next Monday 😀

John Bercow single handedly and deliberately tried, and nearly succeeded in blocking 'the will of the people' over the Brexit referendum.  He should have been impartial and he should have smoothed the passage of the Brexit Bill but instead did everything he could, mostly underhanded, to scupper success.

House of Lords?  The only house suitable for him is the *** house.

house of lords, luvvie

he can be appted any time they want  -considering the corrupt Speaker Martin got one ( quid pro quo ( whoopsie - latin for pay off) it seems unfair that Bercow didnt

actually, he was as much responsible for Brexit as anyone else. Previous Speakers wouldn't accept questions in parliament about EU membership; he did.

Thought this would help sandy:

//And then Labour abolish the Care Home for the Terminally Bewildered next Monday//

And I will be right behind labour if they do.  Providing of course a properly elected house based on PR is introduced.

"...the little man...", says Farage.  Is he a towering giant?  How tall is he?
