He will continually test the patience of the prison staff and i can well imagine him taking the prison service to court on many occasions and for what he sees as infringements on his 'rights'. And, when he does, of course the media will feast on this.
It's just our bad luck that we are not a country that 'disappears' people like him.

Therefore, I must assess culpability, harm and then the starting point for my sentence with reference to the maximum sentence for the offence (which is life imprisonment), the relevant aims of sentencing (in this case punishment, the protection of the public and the reduction of crime though deterrence) and the Sentencing Council General Guideline: Overarching Principles.
