does any one know the correct version of a saying that goes something like - if you have two pound coins in your pocket, if you have eaten in the last 24 hours and if you have a bed to sleep in tonight you are amongst the top 20% of the richest people in the world

This is not exactly what you are looking for, but may be worth a look...

If you have food in the fridge, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep, you are richer than 75% of this world. If you have money in the bank and spare change somewhere, you are in the top 8% of the world's wealthy. And if you can read this message, you are more blessed than over two billion people who cannot read at all.

57 Asians, 21 Europeans, 14 from the western hemisphere and 8 Africans. 52 female, 48 male. 70 non-white, 30 white. 70 non-Christian, 30 Christian. 89 heterosexual, 11 homosexual. 6 people would possess 59% of the wealth and all 6 would be from the USA. 80 would live in substandard housing, 70 would be unable to read and 50 would suffer from malnutrition. 1 - only 1 - would have a college education and 1 would own a computer.
