i was reading the daily mail today and there was an article on an italian magazine who have published the pictures of diana dying in the car....my question is...why the heck would people want to see anyone dying...let alone diana?

although there is a high amount of people who oppose this kind of thing,there are plenty of people who will actually look at the photo's and no doubt buy the magazine involved!!

People who wish to see photos of dying people must be a bit wierd,no doubt. Then,just look at all the rubberneckers who slow down when a crash happens,wonder what they're hoping to see. Don't really think they should have been banned,just think people who buy the paper/magazine containing them are a little sick

I had to stifle a chuckle when I read this:

Joan Berry, 62, who is joint secretary of the Diana Circle UK, said she thought those involved in taking the photo and publishing it were "scum''.

Mrs Berry, from Surrey, said: "It's absolutely disgusting. Everyone involved in this is scum.

"It just goes to show that nine years after her death, everyone is still interested in every little thing about her and what happened.

"She is being hounded from the grave, and she's not here to speak out for herself."

OK, so let me get this straight. The joint secretary of the DIANA CIRCLE UK is moaning about someone else's ghoulish ongoing obsession...

If the papers can freely show a picture of Al Zarquawi on the newspapers then they can freely show one of Diana.No human being should be shown during their dying moment but you cannot pick and choose which humans you show dead.That is just unfair!
