Abducted children

A couple of years ago there was a story which was heavily followed by newspapers and tv about a mother who had had her children abducted and taken abroad by her husband, now all I remember is that the woman's name was Lisa and if I recall correctly she had blonde short hair.

I was thinking about her last night for some reason and couldn't remember if she got her children back.

I know it's pretty vague but if anyone could help me I'd be very grateful.
